Refund policy

Mykonian sun is a premium product that assists with the natural tanning process. Our primary focus is to ensure customer satisfaction and we pride ourselves on our personalised customer service. Everything you need to know about our product is on our FAQ'S page and we welcome any further enquiries. Due to the nature of the product results will vary from person to person. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please shoot us an email WITHIN 2 DAYS at mykoniansun@gmail.com with images of how it was received, and we will do our best to make sure the issue is rectified. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Claims for replacement must be made WITHIN 10 DAYS after receiving the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
