SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Mykonian Sun ships worldwide, excluding Algeria, Albania, China, Guatemala, Iran, Morocco, Nicaragua, North Korea, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine and Yemen.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email immediately after shipping has been placed.
REGULAR AUSTRALIAN WIDE SHIPPING
AUS POST Standard Shipping arrives within 3-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
EXPRESS AUSTRALIAN WIDE SHIPPING
Australian Express shipping for all domestic orders within Australia. We use Australia Post Express Airmail, which provides you with online tracking information. AUS POST Express arrives within 1-3 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
REGULAR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use Australia Post International shipping services - Regular International shipping will take between 7-12 business days. Please note that the shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Express International Shipping generally takes 5-8 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
MYKONIAN SUN is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
Mykonian Sun is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
